YOUR PROPERTY RIGHTS ARE AT RISK
IF YOUR ARE AN OWNER IN THE
ROYAL PALMS SUBDIVISION

THE PROBLEM
We are a group of concerned property owners in Hawkinsville, Georgia. Tens of thousands of dollars have been collected by Pulaski County in taxes and assessments. Our community has been neglected by the county, while there have been many years of taxes collected from us as owners.

This video shows a property that was sold for delinquent taxes and is now subsequently in violation of many of the covenants and restrictions.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
-
Forming an HOA. Allows to collect money to help function as a group. The power of functioning as an HOA is much more advantageous and will help move the development along.
-
Use the HOA to collect annual dues. The first of which would support creating the roads.
-
Consider having your property surveyed and have metal stakes placed on its corners. The developer never paid the surveyor and none of these properties have ever been submitted to the courthouse. The master copy has been submitted to the county but never recorded. It may be hard to protect your property.
-
Once we have an HOA and have a system of roads we can have the local electrical company install power service to these properties. No work will start until a proper system of roads is established.
